Review Material Site and Activity

Explanation

Use this activity to review and modify material site and activity in Project Deliverables Navigator/Materials/Material Requirements tab. Values from material site and activity could originate from project deliverable item. Both values can be manually modified and they do not have to correspond with the values entered for the project deliverable item. Values available in the List of Values is controlled by the project and site information defined in the project deliverables definition.

Prerequisites

Project deliverable items should exist.

System Effects

The entered material site and activity enables a material plan to be generated, as described here: Generate Material Plan.

Procedure

1. Open the Project Deliverables Navigator window and populate it with values.
2. Click the Materials/Material Requirements tab
3. Review values for material site
4. Review values for material activity.
5. Modify values, if required.
6. Save your changes.
