Use this tab to view the data used to draw the periodical cost graph. It shows cumulative cost and revenue amounts for each accounting period, used in the graph.
The accountings periods that are to be mapped on the graph are found to be those within the earliest and latest start date on the selected forecast version and the Active Budget. The cumulative budget for each period which accounts for the cumulative budget line is derived based on the cost and revenue spread of the forecast lines defined on the active budget forecast. Similarly the cumulative incurred cost and revenue are derived based on all the project costs up to the cut off date and these costs are captured when a project snapshot has been taken.
