Undo Cancellation of Order Lines on Purchase Order Change Order

Explanation

This activity is used to undo a cancellation of a part, no part or a charge line on a purchase order change order. If a line, of any type, has been cancelled by mistake on a purchase order change order, you can use this activity to reverse that action. Note that it is only possible to undo cancellations that are registered on the specific change order. If the corresponding line on the purchase order has already been cancelled or deleted this option is not valid.

Prerequisites

• The purchase order change order must be in the Planned status.
• The purchase order change order line must be cancelled on this specific change order.

System Effects

• The change order line status is updated to Changed.

Procedure

1. Open the Purchase Order Change Order window and query for the desired purchase order change order.
2. Select the required order line.
3. Select the Undo - Cancel Order/Charge Line option from the right mouse button menu in the lower part of the window.
