View Project Information

Explanation

Use this activity to see the connected project information for a purchase requisition line.

Prerequisites

• This activity is applicable in IFS Aurena.
• There must be at least one purchase requisition line with project connection created by your user ID.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena, Open Lobby page My Purchase Requisition.
2. Select My Requisitions lobby element.
3. Optionally use the filter and search functionality to narrow down the hit-list.
4. Select one line and click on the Details button.
5. Under Products group select the purchase requisition line you are interested in.
6. Press the Project Information button to view details about the connected project.
