Reload Task Cards
Explanation
This activity is used to reload task cards for maintenance events.
When this activity is performed, the task cards are reloaded automatically
and you do not have to manually add task cards to the events. If any task cards have been manually connected to the
event by the user,
or are no longer defined for the event code, the task cards will remain connected
to the event. If these task cards should not be connected to the event any longer,
you need to cancel the task cards. This feature is useful when changes have been made to the
task card library
(task cards and subtasks) which affect the maintenance order scope.
Prerequisites
- A maintenance order in the Under Preparation
status must exist.
- At least one event must be connected to the maintenance order. The event
should not have the Manual Event event type.
- The resources and material connected to the task cards must be valid at
the maintenance order site. For resources, the site connection is set in the
Resource Detail/Connections/Site tab.
System Effects
- All new and applicable task cards and subtasks will be added to the maintenance event along
with the connected resources and material.
- Any task card that have been made obsolete, will be removed from the
event along with the connected resources and material.
- If new task card revisions exists, these will replace the old revisions
connected to the event.
- If the maintenance order has the Execution Logic Structure
distribution type, new or changed task cards and subtasks will be
added/copied to the relevant ELO nodes in the execution logic structure for
the maintenance order. If task cards have been removed, these will be
removed from the relevant ELO nodes.
- If demands have been released on the maintenance order, resource
activities will be generated, updated or removed based on the changes to the
task card resources on the event.
