Connect Task Cards to Maintenance Events

Explanation

This activity is used to connect task cards to the events on a maintenance order. This is done when there exists an event without any predefined task cards. It can also be done when you want to connect additional task cards to an event.

When a maintenance order is set to the Under Preparation status, predefined active task cards (task cards and subtasks) will be connected to all assigned events, and the events will be set to the Under Preparation status. However, if predefined task cards do not exist for one or more events, the event will be set to the Incomplete status instead. At such instances you need to manually connect task cards to these events before the events can be set to the Under Preparation or Released status.

All connected events must be in the Under Preparation status before the maintenance order can be released.
