Use this dialog box to automatically generate work orders for preventive maintenance (PM) actions with event generation. These actions are generated when a specific event occurs.
To set up an event-based generation, you need to define generation conditions in the PM Action window. When you register an event for PM generation, specify the interval at which the action is to be generated. Here, you enter an event to control the PM actions for which you want to generate work orders. The PM actions that are set up for event generation and that fulfill the specified conditions will automatically generate work orders.
