Analyze Production Line Supply against Demands

Explanation

This activity is used to view production schedules in a graphical format, and to compare the proposed schedules in relation to the demands, the line rate, and the current supply for the same period. The current supply quantity includes production schedules, shop order requisitions and shop orders valid for this production line.

Prerequisites

Supply for the production line must exist.

As a result of this activity you can view schedules in a graphical format and analyze the proposed and current supply against demands.

Procedure

1. Open the Production Line Management window.
2. Select the required production line that you need to perform the schedule analysis from the Production Line list box.
3. Click the Supply/Demand Analysis tab.
4. Select the appropriate data and click Refresh Graph. The graphs will be displayed in the Graphic tab pane.
5. If you want to get a detailed view of a point in the graph, click on the desired point and the Detail dialog box will display it.
