Define Recalculated Adjustments

Explanation

This activity is used to define ADU recalculations based on historical stock issues. Two types of adjustments can be selected:

• Calculated ADU: Calculations based on the historical issues for a long rolling horizon.
• ADU Alert Quantity: Calculations based on the historical issues for a short rolling horizon.

Above horizons are calculated as the sum of unprotected lead time for the part and the Rolling Time Horizon for Historical ADU or Rolling Time Horizon for ADU Alert Horizon, which are defined per lead time category in the Lead Time Category window.

Procedure

1. Open the Inventory Part window.
2. In the Inventory Part/Planning Data/Buffer Part Attributes tab in the Operational ADU Source list, click Calculated ADU or ADU Alert Quantity.
3. Save your changes.
