Procedure

1. Open the Buffer Profiles Window.
2. Enter Buffer Profile and Buffer Profile Description.
3. Enter Order Spike Threshold Factor and Order Spike Horizon Factor which is a value between 0 to 100.
4. Save the record.
   Note: Buffer Profiles with "*" will be used as the default buffer profile
