Different production schedules can be proposed by considering the inputs and constraints for certain production lines. IFS Applications facilitates a temporary working area to create a temporary production schedule for different parameters, and to compare them with the current production schedule and shop order requisitions/shop orders.
You can enter new values for the proposed schedule on the Proposed Schedule tab of the Production Line Management window. You are given the ability to yield the proposed schedule, focusing more into practical constraints. The proposed schedule can be compared with the current production schedule and shop order requisitions/shop orders. The demand, the run rate, and the work load for the work centers can be compared on the Supply/Demand Analysis and Load Analysis tabs. The best production schedule that satisfies the demand to the maximum can be selected.
