Usage

Use this tab to manage organization and position assignments of an employee. While assignment to an organization unit is mandatory, it is possible to add a position and an access role to it. Employee can be assigned to a company or a matrix organization unit; the second option is possible only if the matrix structure is connected to the employee's company.

If data access protection is active, employees need to receive a data registration access role to register their own data. If the SELFACCESS property code is defined in the Company Details window, a default data registration access role will be automatically suggested for every assignment.

Note: The tab allows only for assignment of access roles that give access to employee's own data. However, if an employee is given a supervising position, he or she will receive supervision rights configured for the position.
