Job/Positions Linked

Usage

Positions and jobs can be linked in two windows: Job/Positions and Graphical Positions Structure

Use this tab to form a link between a job and a position. This connection results in the following:

If an employee is assigned to a position that has a default job linked to it, they will receive the job as well.
If an employee is assigned to a position, jobs linked to this position will be suggested in the list of values.

Note: Each position can have only one default job. Jobs can be made default for multiple positions.
