Employee Info - Change Request/Overview
Usage
Use this tab to get an overview of how many changes were made in the request.
Each Area corresponds to a tab with the same name and the number of
modifications is the number of fields that were altered on the tab.
Following right-click actions are available:
- Reset - all changes in the request will be reset to defaults from
the employee file.
- Confirm - confirms changes you are requesting so they can be
reviewed by HR personnel. Changes the status of the request to Confirmed.
- Approve - approves the requested changes. Once clicked, the
changes will be applied to the employee file. Changes the status of the
request to Approved.
- Reject - rejects requested changes. Changes the status of the
request to Rejected.
