Use this tab to register requirements regarding experience that an employee should have within the organization in order to receive the job. In the header, you can enter a total number of years that an employee should work in the organization. In the table, you can enter additional criteria such as positions, organization assignments, jobs etc. Each of those can require a minimum number of years of experience as well.
The tab allows to prepare multiple sets of criteria required to be eligible for the job. For example, a minimum number of total years of service can be lower for employees who held a different position set, which allowed them to get necessary experience quicker.
