IFS/Periodical Cost Allocation includes the following reports:
Cost Allocation Distributions. This report shows detailed information on a distribution or a range of distributions. For every distribution in the range, there is information on the distribution type and status. Next, the full definition follows. If the distribution is prepared, all the actual values are also listed. Selection terms are company, accounting year, accounting period, and range of distributions.
Cost Allocation Factors. This report shows detailed information on a factor or a range of factors. For every factor in the range, there is information on the factor type and status. Next, the full definition follows. If the factor is prepared, the value is printed. Selection terms for the report are company, accounting year, accounting period, and the range of factors.
Cost Allocation Status. This report shows general information on a procedure. All steps are listed in the execution order, with their statuses and information on step type and numbers of the vouchers created. Next, all the distributions are listed in alphabetical order, together with their statuses. Selection terms for the report are company, accounting year, and accounting period.
Cost Allocation Steps. This report shows detailed information on a step or a range of steps. For every step in the range, there is information on the step type, status, and the type and number of the voucher created. For steps with detailed definition, the full definition follows. If the step was executed, all the actual values are also listed. Selection terms are company, accounting year, accounting period, and range of steps.
