This activity is used to rollback executed steps of a cost allocation procedure. The purpose of rolling back a step is to make modifications to it.
In order to perform this activity, the following is required.
As a result of this activity, the Executed check box will be cleared for the selected step(s). In addition, the following system effects will take place for each step type.
Step Type | System Effects |
Prepare Distribution | The distribution items will be removed and the status of the distribution will change to Defined. |
Prepare Factor | The Value (%) field will be cleared for the relevant factor. The status of the factor will change to Defined. |
Generate Voucher | The voucher generated from the step is removed from the hold table or the relevant ledger if the rollback mode specified in the Company|Periodical Cost Allocation tab is Rollback. A correction voucher will be created in the hold table or the relevant ledger if the rollback mode specified in the Company|Periodical Cost Allocation tab is Correction.
