Print Cost Allocation Distributions Report

Explanation

This activity is used to print the Cost Allocation Distributions report. The report contains information about distributions connected to a selected cost allocation procedure.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a cost allocation procedure with distributions connected to it should exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the report is either printed on paper or displayed on the screen.

Procedure

To print the Cost Allocation Distributions report:

1. Open Periodical Cost Allocation/Info Services Reports.
2. Select the report, right-click and then click Order Report to open the Order Report dialog box.
3. Enter the selection criteria for the report.
4. Click OK. The Print Report  dialog box will open.
5. Click Preview to view the report on the screen or click OK to print the report on paper.

Note: You can also order and print the report via Info Services/Order Report.
