Use this activity to create an audit file based on a view.

Prerequisites

In order to select an audit file, an audit source with the source type View must be selected.

As a result of this activity, an audit source based on a view is selected for export.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to create an audit file based on a view:

1. Open the Audit Interface Assistant.
2. Change the country, if needed.
3. Select the Audit Source as view using the List of Values which you want to export. e.g.,SALES_OBJECT_AV
4. Change the output path, if needed.
5. A Ledger ID must be entered or selected from the List of Values If an audit source from an Internal Ledger is selected.
6. enter a date interval to select information of a specific date range only, for views with date information.
7. Click Finish to create the audit file.
