Zoom and View Balance Information for IL

Explanation

This activity is used to define, how selected balances from internal ledger should to be displayed.

Prerequisites

Before selecting the balance items from the Zoom-In dialog box, the following must have been completed:

• The balances must have been selected from the internal ledger, i.e., you must have used the Query function either in IL Balance Analysis or IL Structure Analysis.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected balances are displayed. You can click Zoom-in to redefine the way selected balances from internal ledger should be displayed.

Procedure

1. Open IL Balance Analysis or IL Structure Analysis.
2. If you want to view balance information connected to an attribute, select the required Attribute from the List of Values and then query for the required combination.
3. Click Zoom-in. In the Zoom-In dialog box define how the balances should to be displayed.
4. Click OK to display the balances.
5. If necessary, redefine the balances using the Zoom-In dialog box and repeat steps 3-4. This is optional.
6. Right click and select the Voucher Information option to break down a balance on a code string in to voucher rows.
