Use this activity to enter information on an internal voucher template.

Prerequisites

Before an internal voucher template can be entered, the following must have been completed:

• The company must exist in IFS Financials.

As a result of this activity the voucher template can be used in Internal Voucher Entry.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter a voucher template:

1. Open the the Internal Voucher Entry window.
2. Create a new record and enter the information on the template.
3. Save the information.

Note! You can also use Internal Voucher Templates and enter information for the template. Then select the Internal Voucher Template operation to enter more information for the template.
