Print PM Actions Overview

Explanation

Use this activity to print an overview of the PM actions. A PM action contains a lot of information, which is linked to the work order at generation. This includes, among other things, object, action, maintenance organization, material planning, resource planning, and generation conditions.

Prerequisites

Before you will be able to print the PM actions overview, the following must have been completed:

• The PM action must be created.

As a result of this activity the overview is printed.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to print the information:

1. Open Order Report window and select the report you want to print.
2. Click List to specify the value for each field. Click OK.
3. Click Preview on the Report Print dialog box to view the report before printing.
