Copy Work Task Template

Explanation

Use this activity to create a new work task template by copying an existing work task template. You can use this activity only to create new work task templates, and not to create new work task template revisions. Work Task template revisions are created using the Create New Revision for Work Task Template dialog box. 

Prerequisites

A work task template should already exist in the system.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a new work task template is created.

Procedure

1. Open the Work Task Template window and query for an existing work task template (F3).
2. Right-click anywhere on the window and then click Copy Work Task Template. The Copy Work Task Template dialog box appears, and the details of the existing work task template will be displayed in the Copy From area.
3. Enter a new task template ID in the Copy To area.
4. Click OK.
