Copy Schedule/Planned Dates to Work Order

Explanation

Use this activity to copy schedule/planned dates to work order. If Copy Schedule/Planned Dates to WO checkbox is selected, the scheduling information of jobs and work lists of each PM line and the dates in the maintenance plan line will be copied to relevant fields when generating a work order.

System Effects

• The scheduling information of jobs and work lists of each PM line and the dates in the maintenance plan line will be copied to relevant fields when generating a work order.
• Planned start and finish dates of individual work lists and PM line is calculated

Note: Jobs and Work Lists dialog is enabled for manual scheduling (i.e. if the site is not enabled for MPB),  only if perform date based and perform condition based is set to NO, but if the site is MPB enabled, then the jobs and work list dialog is enabled for  all schedulable PM line.

Procedure

1. Open the Site window, and query for the required Site.
2. Populate (F2) or query (F3) for the necessary site.
3. Click the Extended Site Info/Maintenance tab.
4. Select the Copy Schedule/Planned Dates to WO check box and Save (F12).
