Connect Work Steps to PM Action
Explanation
Use this activity to plan work steps on work list for PM action.
Work step is an entity which holds information about a sub activity/process
within a Work List. Work Lists can have one or more work steps connected to it.
This activity is used to define work steps for a work list.
Prerequisites

The current PM Action
Work List tab
must have been retrieved in the window
and work list must be created for the PM Action.
System Effects
As a result of this activity,
a
work step will be created. When you then decide to link the generate a
work order using the PM action, all
work step lines will be copied.

Procedure
- Open the PM Action window, and
query for an existing PM action.
- Click the Work List/Work Steps tab and create a new record (F5).
- Enter a value in the Order No field.
- Enter any other optional information in the
Remark
field.
- Save the information (F12).
Optional
- Right-click on the created work step line and select Document Text
and create a new record (F5).
- Enter a value in the Output Type field. Use List of Values to
select a suitable value.

Enter a Document Text/Phrase Text. Use either the List of Values or
type-in the value.
- Save the information (F12).
