Use this activity to connect sites to a work task template.

Prerequisites

Sites must be defined in basic data.

As a result of this activity, the work task template can be used on defined set of sites.

Procedure

1. Open the Work Task Template window, and create a new work task template (F5) or query for an existing one (F3).
2. Go to Valid for Sites tab and create a new record (F5).
3. Select site using the List of Values. It is also possible to enter information about Maintenance Organization, Planner, and Calendar ID. Repeat steps 2 and 3 as often as required.
4. Save the information (F12).
