Safety Actions

Usage

Use this window to overview all the safety actions connected to safety inspections, incident reports and risk assessments.

Select a safety action record and right-click and click:

Complete in order to finish the safety action and move it to the Completed status
Reset in order to move it back to the Planned status
Inspection in order to view the safety inspection with which the action is connected in the Safety Inspection window
Inspection Question in order to view related safety inspection questions
Incident in order to view details of the related incident in the Incident window
Risk Assessment in order to view the risk assessment related to the safety action in the Risk Assessment window.
Risk Assessment Hazard in order to view hazards with which the action is connected in the Risk Assessment/Hazards tab.
