Usage

Use this window to view the outcome of performed sales promotion calculations. This can be used in order to encourage the customer to utilize more of the existing sales promotion deals i.e. buy more. The window can be reached from the sales quotation to view deals for a specific sales quotation or from the navigator to view deals in general for any sales quotation.

This window contains two tables. In the upper table, you can see calculated sales promotion deals per sales quotation. For a specific sales quotation and deal you can see how many times the buying behavior is fulfilled, how many times promoted parts are ordered, how many times the deal is applied to the sales quotation, if the deal is considered as unutilized, the amount subtracted due to the deal etc. In the lower table, you can see what to do in order to utilize the deal one more time for each combination of deal and sales quotation in the upper table. The lower table merges conditions for required buying behavior and conditions for promoted parts you need to order, into one window. For each condition, you can see the missing quantity, the missing net amount or the missing gross amount required in order to fulfill the condition. If all conditions, with missing quantity or amount, are fulfilled, then you can utilize the sales promotion deal once more. This can be used as a basis for changing your sales quotation.
