Use this dialog box to view a list of available loss causes for the selected production unit. These are the loss causes that were connected to your production unit during the setup of OEE basic data (Connect Production Units and Loss Causes).
If you want to reduce the number of available loss cause records in this dialog box click Configure. This will open the Customize View dialog box where you can select the loss cause records you want populated. This feature is useful, for instance, if the production unit is a long production line where different parts can come to a stop separately due to various reasons.
