This window can be used to obtain an overview of all scrapping events or to update information on the required scrapping event(s).
Each scrapping event is connected to a production event, whereby information on the product, its quality and the quantity produced are added to the scrapping event. Other information includes; the scrapped quantity and the cause for scrapping the product. Scrapping records are used to calculate the Q figure (Quality) of the APQ analysis. Note: All scrappings made on any of the production units that are followed up on an APQ basis, must be registered per production unit.
Furthermore, these scrapping records can be used at a later stage in the Production Process Optimization process to calculate the Q figure (Quality).
This window can be accessed by performing a search for valid Scrapping events or by selecting the right mouse button Edit Event in the OEE Event Overview/Scrapping Event tab window.
