Use this tab window to connect phrases to documents. The phrases are entered in the Phrases tab. You start by selecting a document and specifying the period during which the phrases are to be printed. The period is defined by dates in the Valid From and Valid Until columns. In the Phrase ID column, you select the phrase to be printed.
