Start Maintenance Planning Board

Explanation

This activity is used to launch the Maintenance Planning Board (MPB). This enables you to perform work tasks and PM Work lists scheduling activities inside Maintenance Planning Board and You can then save the schedule directly to the database. The site you are working on is available for other users as well. Therefore the changes you make may conflict with changes made by others.

Prerequisites

The site must be set up to use the Maintenance Planning Board. This is done using the Basic Data for Maintenance Planning Board window.

System Effects

The Maintenance Planning Board will be launched, enabling you to reschedule work tasks/ work lists on the selected site.

Procedure

1. Open the Maintenance Planning Board dialog box.
2. In the Site field, enter the site for which you want to carry out scheduling, or select one from the List of Values.
3. Click OK. The Maintenance Planning Board will be launched.
