Usage

Use this tab to view aggregated information about competencies that were analyzed for the selected organization unit. The header part of the tab displays general information about the total number of gaps that employees from a unit have, while the table shows detailed information about what competencies were analyzed and how many employees need development. Note that if someone does not have a competency registered in their profile at all, their analysis will be incomplete, and their number will be listed in the Total Employees With Incomplete Assessments field.

The table presents all analyzed competencies, with one record for each competency.
