Evaluate Sales Projections

Explanation

This activity is used to evaluate sales projections for sites/companies/product families.

There are three display options available to analyze the sales projection.

Prerequisites

At least one sales and operations plan must exist.

Procedure

From Sales Projections per Site

  1. Search or query for the site, MS Set and period version you want to evaluate sales projections for.
  2. In the From Year field, enter the year you want to use as start year in your graph.
  3. In the From Period field, enter the period you want to use as start period in your graph.
  4. In the To Year field, enter the year you want to use as end year in your graph.
  5. In the To Period field, enter the period you want to use as end year in your graph.
  6. In the Display Option section, select if you want to have Revenue or Gross Profit as calculation base in your graph.
  7. Press Refresh Graph.

From Sales Projections per Company

  1. Search or query for the company, MS Set and period version you want to evaluate sales projections for.
  2. In the From Year field, enter the year you want to use as start year in your graph.
  3. In the From Period field, enter the period you want to use as start period in your graph.
  4. In the To Year field, enter the year you want to use as end year in your graph.
  5. In the To Period field, enter the period you want to use as end year in your graph.
  6. In the Display Option section, select if you want to have Revenue or Gross Profit as calculation base in your graph.
  7. Press Refresh Graph.

From Sales Projections per Product Family

  1. Search or query for the site, MS Set and period version you want to evaluate sales projections for.
  2. In the From Year field, enter the year you want to use as start year in your graph.
  3. In the From Period field, enter the period you want to use as start period in your graph.
  4. In the To Year field, enter the year you want to use as end year in your graph.
  5. In the To Period field, enter the period you want to use as end year in your graph.
  6. In the Display Option section, select if you want to have Quantity, Revenue or Gross Profit as calculation base in your graph.
  7. Press Refresh Graph.
