Stop Indirect Labor Time

Explanation

Use this activity to register that a team or an employee has finished working on an indirect job.

Prerequisites

An indirect clocking must have been started for an Employee or a Team.

System Effects

Time that falls outside the person’s calendar is considered according to the settings on the site to which the indirect job belongs.

Procedure

From the Shop Floor Workbench window:

  1. Open the Shop Floor Workbench window and click Enter As.  Enter an Employee ID or Team ID in the Enter As dialog box.
  2. Click the Stop Indirect option.
  3. Click OK.

From the Time Clock window:

  1. Click the Stop Indirect button.
  2. Enter the Site to report on.
  3. Enter the Employee ID or the Team.
  4. Select the Indirect Job to be stopped from the list.
  5. Click OK.

Note: Depending on the Time Clock configuration, some of these fields may be automatically filled with default data and thereby the fields may be disabled or unavailable for editing.
