Disconnect Operation from Operation Block

Explanation

Use this activity to disconnect one or several operations from an operation block.

Prerequisites

An operation connected to an operation block must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the selected operation(s) will be disconnected from the operation block.

Procedure

From Operation Block window

  1. Select the Connected Operations tab.
  2. Select the operation(s) to disconnect.
  3. Right-click and click Disconnect from Operation Block.

From Shop Floor Workbench window

  1. Open the Shop Floor Workbench window. If Reporting Mode has been set to Employee Reporting on the used site an employee or team must have been entered in the Enter As dialog box.
  2. Click Refresh. The operations will be displayed according to the filter that is being used.
  3. Select the operation(s) that you want to disconnect from the operation block, right-click, point to Operation Block and then click Disconnect.

From Shop Order/Operations or Shop Order Operations window

  1. Open the appropriate window and search for the operations to disconnect from the operation block.
  2. Select the operation(s), right-click, point to Operation Block and then click Disconnect.

From Machine Operation Load in Standard Hours, Shop Order Machine Load, Labor Operation Load in Standard Hours or Shop Order Labor Load visualization charts

  1. Open a visualizer enabled window and query for the site needed.
  2. If the Data View is displayed, click Visualization View on the title bar.
  3. Right-click and click Select Visualization. The Select Visualization dialog box is opened.
  4. Double-click Shop Order Machine Load, Shop Order Labor Load, Machine Operation Load In Standard Hours or Labor Operation Load In Standard Hours .
  5. In Shop Order Machine Load, Shop Order Labor Load charts, right-click and click Y-Axis/Shop Order Operation.
  6. Select the segment representing the shop order operation(s) you want to disconnect from the operation block, right-click, point to Operation Block and then click Disconnect.
