Disconnect Node from Balance

Explanation

Use this activity to disconnect one or many demands from a batch balance.

Prerequisites

A batch balance ID must exist and have at least one connected shop order requisition or shop order demand.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, shop order or shop order requisition connected to the selected node and all its succeeding nodes will be disconnected from the batch balance.

Procedure

From the Batch Balance/Tree Structure tab

1. Navigate to Batch Balance window
2. Search for the batch balance ID from which you want to disconnect a balanced requisition/order.
3. Right-click on the node in the tree structure that should be disconnected from the batch balance and select Disconnect from Balance.

From the Batch Balance/Tree Structure/Parent Part Demand tab

1. Navigate to Batch Balance window
2. Search for the batch balance ID from which you want to disconnect a balanced requisition/order.
3. Right-click on the demand in the Batch Balance/Parent Part Demand tab that should be disconnected from the batch balance and select Disconnect from Balance.
