Apply PM Program

This process allows to create PM actions for those objects that is not currently assigned to a certain PM program. A work task template will generate a PM action and the new PM action will receive the Preliminary/ Active (use Set PM Actions Active checkbox) status.

PM actions will be generated with all the information from the work task template. Once generated, the PM Actions can be viewed using PM Action for Object right mouse button option. There are a set of restriction on PM Actions generated through a PM program;

1. Information that can be passed through work task templates cannot be modified in PM Actions generated through PM programs except,

   - Test Point ID, Work Description, Contractor, Material, Test Number, Alternate Designation fields in Prepare tab

   - All fields in Customer Information tab

2. PM Actions cannot be manually set to Obsolete

Also, the applied PM program details will be updated in the PM Program tab of the object.

It is possible to perform this function on multiple objects, as a Background job.
