Work Task Template Changes
Explanation
Use this activity to view changes made on work task templates that are connected to
a PM program. The possible changes would include; adding/ removing Work lists,
Materials, Tool/Equipment, Permits, Maintenance Triggers, and Planning
lines. When connected work task templates are modified, it will be indicated on the PM
program header with the Work Task Template Changes Exist checkbox selected. Use
Work Task Template Changes right mouse button option on PM program header to
view all work task template changes and Work Task Template Changes right mouse button option
on work task template line to view individual work task template changes.
Prerequisites
- Work Task templates have to be connected to PM Programs.
- Work Task templates should be modified after connected to a PM program.
- PM Program has to be in Preliminary or Active statuses.
System Effects
- When connected work task templates are modified, it will be indicated on the
PM program header with the Work Task Template Changes Exist checkbox
selected.
- Work Task Template Changes right mouse button option will be enabled on
both PM program header and the work task template line (where modifications are
available).

Procedure
View all work task template changes;
- Open the PM Program window
and query for an Active or Preliminary and valid PM Program (F3) where
Work Task Template Changes Exist.
- Right-click on PM program header and click Work Task Template Changes. The
PM Program Work Task Template Changes dialog box opens.
- Click OK.
View individual work task template changes;
- Open the PM Program window
and query for an Active or Preliminary and valid PM Program (F3) where
Work Task Template Changes Exist.
- Right-click on corresponding work task template line and click Work Task
Template
Changes. The PM Program Work Task Template Changes dialog box opens.
- Click OK.
