Disconnect PM Program

Explanation

Use this activity to disconnect PM Program from equipment objects, tool/equipment, or linear assets.

Prerequisites

There has to be a PM program already applied on the equipment object, tool/equipment, or linear assets

System Effects

• PM program information on the equipment object, tool/equipment, or linear asset will be cleared.
• Connection between PM actions and PM program will be removed.

Procedure

1. Open the PM Program window and query for an active or an obsolete PM Program (F3).
2. Right-click on an equipment object, tool/equipment, or linear asset which from the applicable objects tab which is already applied a PM Program and then click Disconnect PM Program. The Disconnect PM Program dialog box opens.
3. Select Keep PM Actions in Current Status if you do not want to set PM Actions to Obsolete state. (Or else PM Actions will set to Obsolete)
4. Click OK.
