Define PM Program 

Explanation

Use this activity to define the basic details for a PM program. 

Prerequisites

• Sites must have been defined and connected to the users in Application Base Setup.
• Work Task Templates should be defined in the system.

System Effects

• A new PM program will be created.
• The new PM program will receive the Preliminary status.

Procedure

1. Open the PM Program window, and create a new record (F5).
2. Enter a unique ID for the PM program and a brief description in the PM Program ID and Description fields respectively.
3. Enter a revision for the PM program. For new PM programs, the revision is set to 1 by default.
4. Save the information (F12).
