Create/Update PM Program Revision

Explanation

Use this dialog window to create new revision or update an existing PM Program revision based on the resulting data set of a successfully completed RCM Analysis Set Live in the IFS RCM Toolkit. It is also possible to set the new revision of the PM Program Active from this dialog box itself. 

Prerequisites

The PM Program header must exist in Preliminary or Active status in IFS/PM Program.

Creates a new revision or updates an existing revision of a PM Program based on RCM Analysis principles.

Procedure

1. Open the Monitor RCM Analysis Receipt window.
2. Using Search menu (F3), find the RCM Analysis you need to review or action further.
3. Select the record that requires further action/for review, use the Right Mouse Button option View/Apply RCM Analysis.
4. The view presented will display the RCM Analysis Reference, Title and Version; and the corresponding Process Class, Item Class and Criticality Matrix Standard associated to the RCM analysis.
5. Select the Tab PM Programs to view the resulting PM Programs to generate new revisions or to update existing revisions.
6. Select the record that requires further action, use the Right Mouse Button option Create/Update PM Program Revision.
7. Select Set PM Program Active if you want to create the revision of the PM Program in Active state. (Or else it will be created in Preliminary state)
8. Click OK.
