Cancel Intrastat Report

Explanation

All EU members must report exported and imported parts to and from other EU countries every month. The authorities use the information for their statistics follow-up. To be able to create this report, the correct information must be selected from the system once a month.

If an Intrastat report is considered invalid, it may be canceled. A canceled report cannot be printed.

Prerequisites

• An Intrastat report in Released or Confirmed status must exist.

System Effects

The Intrastat report receives Canceled status and no further actions can be performed.

Procedure

1. Populate or search for the Intrastat report you want to cancel.
2. Choose Cancel from the right mouse button menu.
3. Click OK in the dialog that appears to cancel the Intrastat report.
