Set Task Card Revision to Obsolete

Explanation

This activity is used to set the task card revision to the Obsolete status. If the task card revision is no longer valid and should not be used, this revision must be set obsolete.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, the task card revision must be in the Active status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the task card revision is set to the Obsolete status and the task card will be removed from all places where it is currently used.

Procedure

1. Open the Task Card window and search for the desired task card revision.
2. Right-click, point to Status, and then click Set Obsolete.
3. A message appears requiring confirmation of the step, click OK to continue.

This procedure can also be run from the Task Cards window and the Serial Part Revision/Task Cards tab.
