Sequence Subtasks within a Task Card
Explanation
This activity is used to sequence the subtasks within a task card. The purpose of this activity is to
support the process of sequencing the work for regular maintenance orders with
connected maintenance events (i.e., non-ELS maintenance orders).
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, subtasks must have been defined for the task card.
System Effects
- The subtasks which are defined for the task card will be sequenced.
- The sequencing will be transferred to the work order when the corresponding maintenance
event is distributed.

Procedure
- Open the Task Card window and
search for the desired task card.
- Click the Subtasks tab and then
click the Sequencing sub tab.
- Create a new record (F5).
- In the Subtask ID field, enter the subtask.
Use the List of Values to select a valid value.
- In the Preceding Subtask field, enter the
predecessor. Use the List of Values to select a valid value.
- Save the information (F12).
