Explanation

Use this activity to change the status of a (maintenance level or repair code) structure or routing to Obsolete. When the (maintenance level or repair code) structure or routing has an Obsolete status, you cannot change the status of any included operations for the routing operations, nor any components for the structure lines. After cancellation, you may choose a RMB menu option to review the structure alternate. This changes its status back to Active.

Prerequisites

The maintenance level or repair code must have an Active status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the status of the (maintenance level or repair code) structure or routing is changed to Obsolete.

Procedure

1. Display the parent part by populating the window or by making a selective query for the part.
2. In the Maintenance Level list, enter or select the maintenance level, or, in the Repair Code list, enter or select the repair code.
3. Right-click and then click Cancel in any of the following windows: Maintenance Level Structure, Maintenance Level Routing,  Repair Structure or Repair Routings.
