Use this window to view and manage supply chain parameters between an internal site within your corporation and any of the following types of sites or entities:

  1. Sites acting as internal suppliers
  2. Sites acting as internal customers
  3. External customers
  4. External suppliers

You can manage parameters such as ship via codes, lead times, distance, expected shipping costs, shipment type and shipment location.

The information on the tabs of this window is the same as the information in the corresponding windows for a particular relation type, but this window and its tabs cover all the relations to and from the selected site. To reach this window for internal suppliers and customers, you can right-click and then click on the appropriate right mouse button option in the supplier or customer records.

The tabs that are available in this window depend on which IFS Application modules have been installed. For the description of each tab in the window, follow the appropriate link: From Supply Site, To Demand Site, To External Customer, From External Supplier.
