Use this dialog box to attach inventory part in stock records to handling units. Note that it is only part records that hasn't already been packed into handling units that are available, i.e. parts with handling unit = 0
In the upper part of the window you can choose to either pack into an existing handling unit ID or create a new one by entering the desired handling unit type ID of the handling unit to be created.
In the lower part of the dialog box, you see the inventory part in stock records to be attached to the handling unit. Note that several stock records can be selected and attached to one handling unit at the same time. For each of the stock records to be packed you should enter the quantity to be attached to this handling unit. For stock records with serial numbers the quantity to attach is set to 1 by default.
The information regarding attached/packed stock records can later be seen and updated in the Handling Unit/Structure/Handling Units tab.
