View Job Competencies

Explanation

Use this activity to view what competencies are assigned to specific jobs. You have an option to filter for jobs that have competencies valid on a certain date or to show all competencies.

Each row in the table displays information about a single competency assigned to a job.

Procedure

1. Open the Job Competencies window.
2. Pick one:
   • Select Show Attributes At option if you want to see competencies valid for a job on a certain date. Then, enter the date in the field on the right of the option.
   • Select Show All Attributes (Valid or Invalid) to show all competencies, regardless of their validity. Jobs that have no competencies assigned will be displayed as well.
3. Populate the window to see the results. You can also perform a standard query to filter for specific jobs, job groups, competencies, competency groups etc.
