Register Personality Characteristics

Explanation

Use this activity to register personality traits that can be used to describe an employee, e.g., stress resistance, leadership skills, flexibility, etc. These characteristics can be then assigned to employees (to inform if they have them and at what level) or to jobs (to inform if a job requires them and at what level).

There are no prerequisites.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a set of personality traits is registered in the system and becomes available for assignment.

Procedure

  1. Open the Personality Characteristics window and add a new record.
  2. In the Personality Characteristic field, enter a characteristic that you want to register in the system, e.g., leadership skills.
  3. In the Measurement Method field, select how the characteristic can be measured:
  4. In the Personality Characteristic Description field, you can enter a short description for the characteristic.
  5. Save your changes.
